Throughout my leadership experience in ABSA, one thing I've learned is how much I enjoy leading teams, planning events, working with others, curating marketing campaigns, designing products, and just the entire process of transforming a concept into a finalized result!
Accomplishments in UH Asian Business Student Association
SP'24
Marketing Mentor Assistant
- Assisted the team with editing promotional videos, tiktoks, instagram posts, and workshops.
- Sold 50+ T-Shirts (designed on Canva) and sold out over 35 stickers
FA'24
Internal Fundraising Director
- Raised 6k in one event (ABSA's Got Talent) through fundraising efforts on campus
- Highest grossing Internal Fundraising Director in ABSA history (7.7k raised)
- Launched new "Dare Week" event, allowing members to bond with the Officer/Director team (raised $500)
FA'25
Marketing Lead
- Led Marketing committee to post weekly flyers for Family events
- Assited in Interview Prep/Professional and Marketing workshops for members
SP'25
VP of Finance
- Designed brand new financial literacy events to educate members on personal finances
- Led the most succesful Finance team in ABSA history (11k+)
- Distributed 1k to scholarships dedicated to members and mentors
- Created/Photographed/Edited ABSA's Got Talent Marketing Campaign (y2k themed)
Internship Experience
During my experience as a KPMG Intern, I had the chance to learn about Audit, Tax, and Consulting professionals while also learning new skills every day. My team and I won the National Capstone Presentation as well as the RFP Case Simulation! It was an amazing experience working with great individuals to create a mock MLB team proposal! My role in this project was the Marketing Coordinator! I was in charge of creating our mock campaign strategy and promotional materials. I'll never forget this experience and I hope to continue learning more about MIS and Marketing!
